CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
As ASSOS İlaç, Kimya, Gıda Ürünleri, Üretim ve Tic. A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as “ASSOS” in the text), we spend our utmost efforts for the protection of your personal data. With this awareness in our mind, we place great importance on the processing of the personal data of a person (hereinafter referred to as the “relevant person”) who is related ASSOS. The processing of the data of a relevant person will be performed by ASSOS in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data with enactment number 6698 (hereinafter referred to as “KVKK”). Accordingly, your personal data are processed by ASSOS as being the data controller in the manner explained above and within the limits required by the legislation.
1. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
As being the data controller, your personal data will be processed by ASSOS for the purposes of;
carrying out the emergency management processes and information security processes; carrying out the processes of placing employee candidates, trainees, and student selection and placement processes; carrying out the processes of employee satisfaction and loyalty; fulfillment of the obligations for the employees originating from the employment contracts and legislation; carrying out the processes of fringe benefits and interests for the employees; carrying out the auditing and ethical activities; carrying out the clinical work processes; carrying out the training processes; carrying out the activities in accordance with the legislation; carrying out the accounting and financial activities; carrying out the delegation processes; carrying out and following up the legal affairs; carrying out the communication activities; planning the human resources processes; carrying out and auditing the business activities; carrying out the occupational safety and health activities; carrying out the logistics activities; carrying out the processes of buying goods and services; carrying out the after sales support activities of selling goods and services; carrying out the processes of selling goods and services; carrying out the activities for customer satisfaction; carrying out the marketing analysis works; carrying out the performance assessment processes; carrying out agreement processes; provision of security for the moveable goods and sources; carrying out the marketing processes for the products and services; giving information to the authorized persons, organs, and bodies; recording and following up the visitors.
2. DATA TRANSFER
Your personal data as being the relevant person may be transmitted for the above mentioned purposes to the auditing organs and organizations, relevant public organizations, to the persons and organizations allowed by all the legislations mainly the law with enactment number 6698 to which ASSOS is subject, to public and/or private entities and bodies corporates who are legally authorized, to our auditors, our service providers, our consultants, our affiliated companies and subsidiaries, our shareholders, and business partners.
3. YOUR RIGHTS
As ASSOS, we accept that you have all the legal rights indicated in article 11 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) with enactment number 6698 with respect to all your processed data, and also within the framework of your relevant rights we undertake that we will fulfill all our obligations pursuant to KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data) if you apply to us in the way and manner indicated in article 5 of this clarification text.
4. DATA COLLECTION METHOD AND LEGAL REASON
Your personal data are collected by ASSOS in all sorts of oral and written and electronic settings for the above mentioned purposes. Your personal data are collected in the event of your open consent or on the basis of the data processing conditions indicated in articles 5 and 6 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data with enactment number 6698.
5. MANNER OF APPLICATION
You can transmit your demands to us as the Data Controller within the scope of article 11 of the KVKK (Law on the Protection of Personal Data) which regulates “the rights of a relevant person” in accordance with the Communique About the Principles and Procedures of Applying to a Data Controller by utilizing one of the below mentioned methods:

2. To our e-mail address at assos@hs03.kep.tr by entering this expression in the subject caption “Information Request within the Scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data”,
3. To our e-mail address at verikoruma@assospharma.com by entering this expression in the subject caption “Information Request within the Scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data”.
Even though it is customary not to demand any charges in relation to the request, if ASSOS incurs extra costs in relation to the request, a charge may be requested within scope of the Tariff which is fixed by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Again, we would like to remind you that additional verifications may be requested by ASSOS in your applications for the purposes of the proof of your identity data. Within this scope, the personal data requested by ASSOS will be used only for the purposes of ID verification and fulfillment of the legal obligation within the scope of the KVKK (The Law on the Protection of Personal Data).
In your written application, the date of your application is accepted as the application date when your application is transmitted to us as the data controller; in the applications made by using the other methods, the date on which your application reaches to us will be accepted as your application date.
We kindly ask you to enclose the information and documentation, if you have any, with your application.
