TRE® contains tretinoin as an active substance. Tretinoin, the active ingredient of TRE®, when applied to skin stimulates the regeneration of cells of the epidermis, which is the top layer of the skin, suppresses excess keratin formation and stimulates the mechanisms of skin repair. Formulated in a special cream base, which is easily accepted by the skin, TRE® regulates the blood circulation in the skin, because of these properties, it provides the compression of the pores and strengthens the skin texture. It also stimulates collagen production in the skin and squeezes and thins the top layer of the skin
TRE® is used in the treatment of acne vulgaris (pimples) with comedones, papules and pustules.
TRE® is applied to the skin once a daily in the evening. In the first weeks of treatment there may be an increase in inflammatory lesions. This is due to the effect of the drug on lesions and does not require discontinuation of the drug. TRE® should be gently rubbed into the lesioned skin area with the fingertip. Patients using TRE® may use cosmetics; However, before treatment, the skin should be thoroughly cleaned.
